Previous sales office management experience is essential, preferably from a manufacturing/industrial background. Duties will include: fulfilling a hands-on role, retaining developing and growing the business, to train develop and motivate the internal sales team, ensure all requests and orders are dealt with efficiently, work to KPI's, a heavy emphasis is based on providing excellent customer service, work closely with branch administration and warehouse managers, confident in negotiating with customers and suppliers and ensure all enquiries are replied to, to maximise on sales opportunities.
