My client is a leading property specialist, operating for over forty years they are now looking for a bright, energetic and money driven closer to work in their rapidly expanding property business. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must and an ability to ‘close the deal’ is paramount.

Reporting to the buying manager, you would be responsible for negotiating, purchasing & selling property on behalf of & to our investor group – the better you are at negotiating and closing – the better the commissions on offer!! An abundance of leads and full training and support will be provided – commission is fantastic and uncapped and we offer a generous basic. o Minimum 2 years sales experience
o Proven track record of estate agency sales is preferable
o IT Literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Office Suite
o Full clean driving licence (own car)
o Mature outlook
