Trainee Consultants – Fashion & Retail – Wilmslow, Cheshire

The Fashion and Retail Division of Prestige Executive is a specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to providing recruitment solutions within Design, Buying, Merchandising, Quality, Sales, Marketing and Technical in the Fashion and Retail markets from Directors to Executives.

Business development will be essential to establish your own client base, as well as negotiating in order to successfully place specialist fashion candidates into permanent and freelance vacancies. The role will involve all aspects of recruitment including liaising with clients and candidates, sourcing and interviewing candidates for existing roles and lead generation.

A confident and articulate communicator, with excellent time management and organisation skills you will build strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients in order to be developed into a successful Consultant.

You will be supported and trained throughout your career with Prestige Executive, This position will offer an ongoing challenging and demanding role where your skills will be continually stretched and developed.

Recruitment experience or knowledge of fashion is not essential, ideally you will be enthusiastic about learning new skills with previous customer service or sales experience and be looking for a challenging career.
